Where The Heart Is was a popular drama that took place in Yorkshire and had a large evolving cast over its run of 110 51-minute episodes that spanned 10½ years. This first series featured Pam Ferris (Darling Buds Of May, Rosemary & Thyme, Harry Potter, Gavin & Stacey), Tony Haygarth (Kinvig, Farrington of the FO, Under The Greenwood Tree), Sarah Lancashire (Coronation Street), Thomas Craig and William Ash.
