UKTV Florida: 2021

The Cockfields returned for a second (6 episode) series plus a Christmas special. Since the first 3 episodes aired a couple years ago, Bobby Ball died and Diane Morgan left, but Susannah Fielding, Michele Dotrice and Gregor Fisher have been added to the cast, so it's not like it's limping to the finish line.

A new crime drama from Ireland, but just as the wonky way they show their actors to hold a handgun, the files are wonky as well and there is no way they'll convert to avi. But they are nice big 1280 x 720 mp4 files you can download and will look great on your big screen HD TV.

Der Usedom-Krimi/The Usedom Thriller / Baltic Crimes / Nordic Murders

Der Usedom-Krimi translates from German as The Usedom Thriller, Usedom being a bridge-attached island in the northeast corner of Germany on the Baltic Sea. Usedom is a popular summer tourist destination, the entry to the River Ord shipping lanes and ports, as well as being the home to the WWII German Peenemünde rocket research base. English-language media first called it "The Baltic Crimes" but now seem to have settled on "Nordic Murders" for some reason. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think most people tend to associate the word "Nordic" with Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Lapland, etc. so I haven't a clue as to why they settled on that English-language name for it. Late last year an additional 3 films were aired but it seems they have yet been made available with English sub-titles. Each of these episodes are feature-length.

The Expert

The Expert was supposedly the first forensic science police procedural drama. It aired from mid-1968 to early 1971 and then returned 5 years later with 10 new episodes in 1976. These are the surviving episodes from a total of 62 produced.

These all contain various editing time stamps in the video. I laboriously applied filters to obscure them as much as possible and have posted a few before and after samples below. However, if those kind of things cause you great emotional distress it would be best to stay clear of this. Or purchase the DVD box-set. Oh, wait. You can't do that, can you?
