Neighbours 2010 - Disc 7. Okay, a few weeks ago I noted how the source for Home & Away switched from the UK broadcasts to the originating Australian broadcasts and because the UK broadcasts were one week behind the Australian it looked like there was overlapping but there really wasn't?
Well.....the same thing has happened to Neighbours. Neighbours is a longrunning evening program in Australia but is probably the #1 daytime program in the UK. Unfortunately, the UK broadcasts are 7 weeks behind the Australian. So, as with Home & Away, instead of indexing programs by date-of-UK broadcast they are now by episode number and date-of-Australian broadcast. So as I write this, only 7 of the 25 episodes on this disc have been broadcast in the UK. The other 18 will be shown on Five in the coming weeks. So while Disc 6 ends with the (UK) August 9 episode, it is actually Episode #5951 originally broadcast June 21 in Australia. Confused? Me too. But trust me, if you have Disc 6 and get Disc 7 you won't miss a single episode. Only the index titles have changed
