The Sketch Show was, er...um...a sketch show (!) on ITV that ran for two series in 2001 and 2003. It featured Lee Mack and Tim Vine who both went on to the successful sitcom Not Going Out, Karen Taylor, who went onto the sexy sketch show Touch Me which is really what this disc is all about, Ronni Ancona (Hope Springs, Monkey Trousers, Fist Of Fun, Punt & Dennis), Jim Tavaré, and Australian Kitty Flanagan. As noted on the disc, Series 1 ran for 8 almost half-hour episodes and these have been edited down to a single 3 hour video.Touch Me I'm Karen Taylor was a sketch show written and performed by (you guessed it) Karen Taylor. The program basically had one theme and that was sex......which makes it way too real to ever be shown on U.S. TV. It was also probably too funny to ever be shown in the U.S. Anyways, it ran for 14 episodes (including the 2006 pilot which I don't have).
