Gracepoint

Gracepoint is the Hollywood version of Broadchurch, both starring David Tennant in the lead role. Is it just me or is it a bit of a stretch to try and pass David Tennant off as a cop, or detective?  He looks more like the guy trying to teach the new math at the local middle school and moonlights at a phone store. Maybe it's different in England and Oregon....or maybe it's just Hollywood and all make-believe and I shouldn't even notice those things.
