Absolutely Fabulous returned for Christmas and New Year's Day and a recent Olympics episode. Nice to see the cast together again and very nice to see June Whitfield, a true pioneer and mainstay of classic British TV comedy, who is a few months away from celebrating her 87th birthday.
Dead Boss is the first series of a new Sharon Horgan comedy. Speaking of Ab Fab, Jennifer Saunders turns up in Dead Boss as does Caroline Quentin. I'd say it's a safe bet this one will be back next year.

Parents is a new comedy with Sally Phillips (Fist of Fun, Smack the Pony, Hippies, Jam & Jerusalem, Miranda, Hyperdrive, Green Wing), Tom Conti (nope...not going to do it. too long) and Susie Blake (Mrs. Brown's Boys, Coronation Street, Roger Roger, A Prince Among Men, Singles, Victoria Wood As Seen On TV).

Walking and Talking is a new autobiographical comedy written by Kathy Burke (whoops...there's that Ab Fab connection again).
