Outcast is a Hollywood series, but starring popular British actor Philip Glenister.

It makes me laugh....I believe this is supposed to take place in West Virginia, so Glenister uses some sort of southern American accent. All the other actors sound like they're from southern California. That's the difference between professionally-trained actors and typically-lame Hollywood actors. Reminds me of Ray Donovan. The guy that plays Ray and Jon Voight, who plays his father, are supposed to be from South Boston. Voight manages to use the accent on certain words but British actor Eddie Marsan, who plays Ray's brother, does a much better job.
