Looking back at 2013

A few quick updates for those outside the UK. The new series of Sherlock ends tonight. The Bletchley Circle has returned with a 4-episode second series. The popular Death In Paradise kicks off its 3rd series Tuesday night. Father Brown will be ending its second series of 10 episodes at the end of this week. Benidorm has returned for its 6th series. The big Danish/Swedish crime series The Bridge returned for a second series and the episodes with hard-coded English subtitles are trickling in. Silent Witness is currently airing its 17th series. And, after being on hiatus for over 15 years, the comedy Birds of a Feather has returned with a new series....this time on ITV as BBC wouldn't touch it because, according to one report, it had no gay or minority characters.
Also, Mad Dogs returned with a final 2-episode series. The two episodes will not fit on the Mad Dogs disk, but I have them.

I get e-mails all the time asking me if I have this or that, so here's a list of TV shows that made their debut during the past year (a few of which had pilots that aired before 2013, but are included here). These are "new in 2013" only.
