The drama-comedy The Indian Doctor returned for a third series - twice. This is a serial that takes place in Wales in 1966. It was first aired in Wales edited into three 58-minute episodes. This week it aired in the rest of the UK edited into five 43 to 44 minute episodes. So the initial airing ran for about 174 minutes, this week's version ran about 217 minutes.
