Bread update

Wayne in Nottinghamshire managed to track down another 23 episodes of the very elusive but very popular 1980's BBC sitcom Bread. So here's a chance for you to enjoy more time with Liverpool's the Boswell family. Yes, there were some cast changes but that's to be expected in programs of this duration. Added to the cast in the later series was Bryan Murray as Shifty Boswell and best known in these parts as Flurry Knox (in The Irish RM which was a popular PBS feature 25 years ago) and in the UK as the gangster Trevor in Brookside. This was written by Carla Lane who also did The Liver Birds, Butterflies, Solo, The Mistress, Screaming and about 5 other shows that remain scarce.
