Two rarities from video tape. The Ginger Tree was a tri-production of the BBC, WGBH-Boston and Japanese broadcaster NHK. There's some decent information on the IMDB website here:http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096595/ This featured an early appearance by Samantha Bond, just following her Rumpole of the Bailey episodes. Drake's Venture was broadcast only twice. Once in the UK on the West Country's old Westward Television channel in 1980, the other on PBS' Masterpiece Theatre in 1983.
