The Trouble with Maggie Cole
This was promoted as being a comedy, and then once it began was called a comedy-drama. I'd call it light drama. There isn't much comedy about it unless Mark Heap or Dawn French making a "face" hits your funny bone. I think they were trying to give it a Doc Martin feel, but it ended up with a Mount Pleasant vibe (deficient story, weak writing complete with a final episode pathetic "disaster" that may have been the most laughable part of the show). By 2020 standards, a classic for sure. Look for it to return for another four series.
