See ya, three

Due to budget cuts, in about an hour BBC Three will be signing-off the air for the last time after 13 years of providing some very popular original programming. 

The new BBC ||! streaming internet service will replace it and carry on in that format. Unfortunately, the so-called "world wide web" is quite restricted in this case and anyone outside of the UK would need to subscribe to an IP masking service in order to access the site.
