Utopia

British "thriller-drama" Utopia returned for a second series. I put this in the "crime/intrigue" album. It's very violent and just didn't seem like it would sit very well alongside Downton Abbey or something (lol). Quite a few familiar faces in this. Took me a little bit to get it all into its proper aspect ratio, which except for episode 2.1 (which is made to look like a 1970's TV broadcast), is "very-wide"  221:100.

New Zealand comedy serial (some say comedy-drama) Agent Anna has returned with a second series. As with the first, the second series last episode ended leaving all indications that the story will pick up again some time in the future with a third series. Starring Robyn Malcolm (Upper Middle Bogan, Rake, Outrageous Fortune), Roy Billing (most recently in the Jack Irish films, Rake, Wonderland, Underbelly), Theresa Healey (Go Girls, The Blue Rose) and Adam Gardiner. Personally, I enjoyed these episodes. It's not Hollywood comedy (a bunch of non-believable characters sitting around saying stupid one-liners with a laugh track and actors that can barely act). No episode titles for series 2 as of yet.
